Get a coin and flip it. For your first attempt, it the coin lands on heads, do the exercise from the heads column. If it lands on tails, do the exercise in the tails column. Flip your coin 8 times to complete the workout!
Have a family member hide five tennis balls, or other object, around the house.Have them write an exercise on five pieces of paper and place a paper under each ball. Examples could be 20 jumping jacks, 10 situps, or 15 squats. When you find a ball bring it back to "home base" (wherever your family member is), complete the exercise, and then go find another ball. See if you can find all the balls in five minutes.
I hope you all enjoyed field day this year. I wish we could have all been together at Dowell for our normal field day, but sometimes we just have to go with the flow.
